Maybe I'm misreading your argument I'm unconvinced that the rise in agricultural land values across Australia is being driven in any substantial way by renewable energy development.
Surely there just isn't enough land being taken up to make any substantial difference on a national level?
yields are not higher on crops, crop prices are flat, inputs are slightly up so if you look at the data from ABARE it does not seem like farmers are making more free cash flow on their assets (they certainly would tell you as such). So what is driving the land demand then? that ABC report indicated the renewables developers are the only other cause for now
